Air Freight
2 to 7 days. The most expensive but safest option, ideal for high-value cargo or urgent shipments.
Optimized
Rail Transport
14 to 21 days. Best price/time ratio, using the New Silk Road route (China - Kazakhstan - Russia - Belarus - Poland).
Economic
Sea Transport
35 to 50 days. Most cost-effective, with fewer restrictions on cargo type.
Additional Transport Considerations. Transport time from the port, rail terminal, or airport involves several steps. Factory Pickup and Dispatch: 7 to 10 days for pickup, export clearance, and loading. In Poland: 2 to 5 days for unloading and bonded warehouse procedures, plus 1 to 2 days for customs clearance. Final Delivery: Immediate road delivery after clearance.
