(hereinafter referred to as “RODO”)
1. The administrator of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”) is Jakub Czarny conducting business activity under the name “EastWing Import Jakub Czarny” with its registered seat at 39/6 Niemczańska Street, 50-561 Wrocław, holding NIP number 8992979378.
2. Your personal data has been made available to the Administrator by the entity with which you are employed in connection with the performance of the commercial cooperation agreement that the entity has concluded with the Administrator. The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out commercial cooperation in the provision of services by the Administrator.
3. The scope of your personal data processed by the Administrator includes: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
4 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Administrator is:
(a) Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO to the extent that the processing of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion of a commercial cooperation agreement (oral or written) with you and its performance;
(b) Article 6(1)(f) RODO to the extent that the processing of your personal data will be necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, which are the handling of any complaints and claims related to the cooperation.
5. The recipients of your personal data processed by the Administrator will be the Administrator's employees and associates, as well as other entities related to the conduct of cooperation, in particular suppliers among whom the Administrator seeks ordered goods.
6. your personal data processed by the Administrator:
(a) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - will be kept for the period of performance of the commercial cooperation agreement, and after the completion of the performance of this agreement, to the extent necessary, also for the period remaining until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims arising from this agreement, or for the period required to fulfill obligations under accounting and tax regulations - whichever period ends later;
b) on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO - will be kept for the period of the statute of limitations for claims arising from the relevant legal relationship;
(c) on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) necessity for the performance of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator - fulfillment of tax obligations.
7 You have the right to:
(a) request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability;
b) lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
8. Your provision of personal data is completely voluntary, although necessary for the establishment and conduct of business cooperation. Your refusal to provide the required personal data prevents the above-mentioned activities.
9. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not provide a basis for automated decision-making, as well as will not be subjected to profiling.
10. in the course of carrying out business cooperation, your personal data may be transferred to a third country.
